OUR MAINTENANCE ONLY PLANS

Provides annual services based on times per year selected and includes  our special "VIP" Preferred Customer Rates (10% discount of regular service fees)  applied to all replacement, repair and labor cost.

 

  1 TIME:   You will receive all maintenance services listed once per policy year.

 2 TIME:   You will receive all maintenance services listed twice per policy year.

3 TIME:   You will receive all maintenance services listed three times per policy year.

 

 

NOTE: MAJOR parts are in refrigerant system: compressor, coils, valves, freon leaks, reversing valves or anything related to the refrigerant cycle.
